"I decided to start my 12 week plan after getting back into my fitness over lockdown. I had got into a good routine of training but my food was always the problem!
The meal plans are easy to follow and prepare, and even worked around my food intolerances. I had a few slip ups but having the daily check in from Mark meant I soon got back on track!
I feel so much healthier and have such a better understanding of the food I need. For me my health is my main priority but the changes to my body are a big bonus!!
